"What a lovely man Vincent is. 
I was between a rock and a hard place. My car had a computer fault and needed to go to a specialist garage, but since it wouldn't start I couldn't get it there. I was unable to find anyone to help me and was beginning to despair of ever getting it sorted out. After my car car had been sitting on my drive for weeks I finally pleaded with the garage to help me & they eventually gave me Vincent's number. As soon as I rang him, i knew that my troubles were over and in no time at all we sorted out a time for collection (he had quite a long distance to travel). He even rang me the day before collection to assure me that he would be there the next morning.
He arrived bang on time and loaded up my car quickly and efficiently without any fuss at all and is on the way to the garage as I write this. I can only hope that the garage charges are as reasonable as Vincent's. Thank you so very much for a brilliant service."

"I recently bought a car on EBay OK no biggie ? but it was sold as a runner to drive away which it turned out it was'nt. Now to get this in context : I live on the East Devon border and car was in Essex and after driving there to collect it then back without it ,the seller offered to deliver the car to me. This is where the nightmare began for the person trying to deliver the car !. It just kept breaking down and in frustration the seller offered me a new deal which meant i would have to get the car collected then delivered to my home ??.
After some head scratching I decided to get a Recovery company to do this,so with the internet at my finger tips i looked for recovery firms in the area close to where the car was stranded .Then i spotted Vince Barcoo who stood out like a beacon from other firms due to the number of very satisfied customers.
From the very first of many telephone conversations we had i knew i had found a real professional and a true gent, nothing was to much trouble or a problem from start to finish. He made the arrangements with the seller to collect and very carefully load the car up.Then he arranged to deliver it to my home with a personal touch ( he and his lovely wife treated it as a day out ) i didn't envy him his journey ,some 400mile round trip through some of the worst traffic known.But with a price agreed ( a very reasonable one too at the start of our arrangement ) he turned up outside my home with his precious cargo in perfect condition and within half an hour of his estimated time...What a hero ? i honestly can not recommend highly enough this man Vince ,within the first few minutes of talking to him you feel like your old friends and friends don't rip you off Nor will Vince !!.
